- I recently read David Brook's "The road to character" an interesting evaluation on the need to strive for moral greatness rather than professional success. His introduction called the Moral Bucket list can be found here and a review of it here. (Personally I felt that the book claimed an universal need within man to be good, a need that I am not certain is completely universal). His TED talk can be seen here
